about this poster

Lorient poster, a sailor in a striped top and sailboats in the harbor

Standing on the quay of Lorient harbor, a sailor in a striped top fills the foreground. Moored sailboats raise their tall masts toward the sky, above the water. This Lorient poster takes on the style of illustrated travel posters and plays on simple contrasts: the blue and white stripes of the top, the blue of the harbor and the line of the masts. The title “LORIENT” is printed on the image.

A Breton sailor for the living room or the vacation home

Honest and bright, it fits right in a living room, an entryway, a bedroom or a home by the sea. Nautical stripes, light wood, white linen and rope answer it naturally. It combines well with other posters of Brittany or sailboats. A gift for a Lorient local, a sailor, a regatta racer or anyone who loves Brittany and offshore racing.

Choosing the size and the spot

Measure the space available on your wall, allowing for the frame you want to use. Then compare the sizes offered on this page and check the orientation of the artwork.

For a set of several posters, also plan the gaps between the frames. Keep your decor away from water splashes and heat sources.
