Matterhorn at sunset reflected in a lake poster

Set ablaze by the last rays of the sun, the Matterhorn is reflected in full in the calm waters of a mountain lake. In the foreground, a hiker with a backpack, seated on a rock, gazes at the summit amid stones and alpine grasses. On this Matterhorn poster, the lettering “Cervin” (the French name for the Matterhorn) underlines a grand face-to-face, in orange, mauve and lake blue. The vertical format unites the peak and its reflection in a single symmetry.

An alpine face-to-face for the living room or bedroom

Its soothing oranges and mauves suit a living room, a bedroom, an office or a chalet. It pairs well with wood, wool, stone, linen and touches of plum or blue. Its contemplative composition invites calm in a restful room. You can combine it with other alpine peak posters. It makes a gift that will speak to a hiker, a mountaineer who dreams of this climb, a lover of Switzerland or Italy, or a friend who enjoys high-altitude sunsets.
